Access to and use of the clupk Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Services:
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must promptly update any information that changes.
clupk enforces a strict one account per person policy. Operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein. clupk reserves the right to use technical and data-matching methods to identify duplicate Accounts.
Age verification is mandatory and will be completed during the registration process or upon first withdrawal. Required documentation includes a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). clupk will not process any withdrawal until age and identity verification is complete.
Your clupk Account is personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any other person. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. clupk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
You must notify clupk immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Notification should be made via the 24/7 live chat support accessible on the Platform. clupk will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon such notification, including the ability to freeze your Account pending investigation.
clupk reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or in a manner that poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the Platform.
clupk is required by its licensing authority to conduct identity, age, and source-of-funds verification on all Accounts. You agree to provide such documentation as clupk may reasonably request for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and bank account or mobile wallet statements. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, Account closure.
All funds held in your clupk Account are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). clupk does not offer currency conversion services, and all transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings, are processed in PKR. The clupk Wallet reflects your available real-money balance separately from any bonus balance.
Deposits may be made via the payment methods available on the Platform at the time of deposit, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, and major Pakistani bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and the 1LINK network. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the point of deposit. clupk does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and have a real-money Wallet balance available for withdrawal. Bonus balances are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
clupk holds all Player funds in accounts segregated from the company's operational funds. In the event of company insolvency, Player funds are protected and will be returned to Players in priority to any claims by company creditors.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any market, clupk's determination based on official data sources shall be final. Matches abandoned or interrupted may be settled according to specific sport-by-sport settlement rules published separately on the Platform.
clupk reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market, to suspend any market, and to void bets where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the relevant event has been compromised or that unusual betting patterns indicate abuse of the Platform.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game and each betting market. clupk reserves the right to change bet limits at any time without prior notice. Players with custom limits agreed with the VIP team are subject to the limits specified in their individual VIP arrangement.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the clupk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

clupk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if clupk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. clupk makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform. Temporary interruptions to Platform availability may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond clupk's reasonable control.
clupk does not accept liability for any losses incurred during gambling activities. All gambling involves risk, and you acknowledge that you may lose the entirety of your deposited funds. The risk of loss is an inherent feature of all gambling products.
By You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting clupk's customer support team. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Wallet balance (net of any applicable bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method.
By clupk: clupk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, clupk reserves the right to withhold any Wallet balance pending investigation. Where termination results from fraud or criminal conduct, balances may be frozen permanently and reported to the appropriate authorities.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept any proposed amendments to the Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change. Closing your Account after receiving notification of amendments but before the effective date will not be treated as a breach by you.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which clupk holds its international gaming license.
Dispute Resolution Procedure: In the event of a dispute between you and clupk, you must first contact clupk's customer support team at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute. clupk will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 28 days of submission, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by clupk's licensing authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be binding on both parties.
Nothing in this section shall prevent clupk from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
